How our service area works
We run scheduled routes rather than driving wherever a call comes from. That keeps windshield time down, which is what lets us hold pricing and show up on the day we said. When a new area fills in with enough properties, it becomes its own route and the coverage tightens.
- Five counties across north central Illinois
- Forty two towns on active routes
- Text the day before every scheduled visit
- Same pricing across the service area, based on lawn size
- New towns added as routes fill in
Coverage by county
Each county runs its own route days. Here is what falls under each one.
La Salle County
Ottawa, Peru, La Salle, Utica, Marseilles and Somonauk. River corridor humidity drives disease and mosquito pressure through the summer here.
Kendall County
Yorkville, Oswego, Plano, Sandwich, Montgomery, Aurora, Newark, Millington and Millbrook. Newer subdivisions on graded clay that need soil work before anything else.
Grundy County
Morris, Minooka, Coal City, Diamond, Dwight, Seneca and South Wilmington. Open ground on the edges brings weed seed, voles and rodents toward the house.
Will County
Joliet, Plainfield, Shorewood, Channahon, New Lenox, Lockport, Frankfort, Mokena, Manhattan, Wilmington, Monee and Peotone. Heavy clay and a wide mix of lawn ages.
Kankakee County
Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Bradley, Manteno, Momence, Aroma Park, Limestone and St. Anne. Older neighborhoods with mature shade and aging grass varieties.
Not on the list
Call anyway. If you sit between two route towns we can usually work you in, and new addresses are how routes expand.

One crew across the whole area
National companies rotate a different tech through your property every visit, which is why nobody notices the same dry corner failing three seasons running.
We run small routes on purpose. The same person learns your lawn, spots what changed since last time and tells you before it becomes a repair job.
- Text the day before every visit
- A note after each visit listing what we did
- Measured pricing rather than a guess off the street
- No contract and no cancellation fee

Service area questions
If it is on the list above, yes. If it is not, call (815) 521-6356 and ask. Addresses between two route towns can usually be worked in.
No. Pricing runs off lawn size and the services you pick, not the town you live in.
Our routes cover five counties across north central Illinois. Outside that we would be charging you for drive time, which does not serve either of us.
Call and we will look at it. Route fit and property size decide whether it works.
You get a text the day before each scheduled visit and a note after we leave listing what we did.
Yes. Most customers run a lawn program with quarterly perimeter pest on one schedule and one bill.
